We had a lovely walk this morning in the gardens of Castle Ashby. Once out of the formal gardens you are allowed to take dogs off the lead and Finlay and George enjoyed themselves sniffing every blade of grass and saying hello to everyone we met.

Oooh, a castle I have not come across, how lovely! Must put it on my "explore" list. Looks gorgeous. I love seeing it across the five bar gate - makes it look like you're about to be invited in.
