A quick iPhone shot of George on our walk this afternoon. His recall disappears as soon as he sees another dog who he can play with. He has just had a treat and is now watching the other dogs on the field before he took off to play with them. Finlay meanwhile sat at my feet on the chance he would get another treat!!
Best on black
Many thanks for your lovely comments and favs on my B&W shot of Murphy. It was on the PP today and I was so pleased to see it there!!
@taffy George is having the “chop” on Friday. I am hoping this will calm him down a bit. He is definitely like a teenage boy with raging hormones! I think we will then see who becomes top dog - Finlay or George. They do love each other but are both jealous if I talk to either one!
The other one thinks he is missing something!
@elatedpixie George was 7 months last Saturday. he still has quite a bit of growing to do. I think he may be taller than Finlay who is quite large for a Westie. George is having the "chop" on Friday and I am hoping it will calm him down a little. He is like a teenage boy with raging hormones at the moment. I think we have a bit of a wait until he is as clam as Finlay - if ever!! LOL!!
@pamknowler ahhh, puberty LOL ~ hopefully it does calm him, but just a tad ;-) He's may be a bit more spirited than Finlay, he's the yin to his yang or something like that - I just love these guys - they really seem very well behaved - but I'm sure, it's only when they want lol!
Sweet capture, my Finn is like your George, he is great off of the lead until he spies another dog! I am sure having the 'chop' will calm him down some, but will be interesting to see how much is just his natural character.
The other one thinks he is missing something!
I hope Finlay got another treat for not running off.
