Coq au Vin for dinner today out of Delia Smiths original cookery book. This is my bible for cooking. I have many cook books written by a huge variety of chefs but I always return to Delia when I want a special dish. You can always rely on her recipes to turn out well.
I still need to thicken the sauce on my Coq au Vin. Looking forward to one of my favourite dishes.
