4th November 2013 - Fading flower

The colour is fading from the few flowers I have left in my garden. This hydrangea flower will soon be brown all over. Winter is on the way!! I have used a watercolour filter.

Uploaded for my extras album
Beautiful, even if in it's fading glory!

Clearly, you live in a warmer place than where I took this photo nearly a month ago now: http://365project.org/jyokota/365/2013-10-13

@jyokota Our autumn colours have really been slow this year Junko. The trees are still mostly greenish - what's left of the leaves that is as we had very strong wind at the weekend. The temperaiure has been unusually mild.

@pamknowler -- my brown hydrangeas were taken in the Poconos in Pennsylvania where the peak had already passed by early October. Much nicer to have a long fall, I think! Your hydrangeas are my favorite color -- the colors of my childhood Japan's hydrangeas -- blue/violet.
