"F" for Family

F for February challenge.

One of my favourite photos which I have had framed for years. This is me (LHS), my brother Brian and my sister Barbara. We are at the wedding of Brian's daughter Ruth and my nephew Colin, Barb's middle son took this photo with my camera.

This is one of the few photos of the three of us and is very special to me as my brother died Christmas Eve 1999 eight years after this photo was taken.

Seeing how slim I am in these family photos when I was 40 years old has made me get back on my diet - again!! LOL!! Wish me luck!!

What a lovely family ("F") shot to use - and a special one for you. Combine that emphasis on the diet and add some walking and you'll be back where you want in no time. I've watched our librarian lose 60 pounds this year. She's so proud of herself - and I am, too, for her.
