On our drive to Sywell which is about 15 minutes from home. I love this lane although I always hope nothing comes the other way as it is very narrow and you have to negotiate how you pass. I am pleased with this shot as Barb was driving as I took the photo - she slows down for no one!! LOL!!

Wonderful capture. I love that tree. Yes, we all have to put up with electrical lines but they don’t detract from this, at all. Barb sounds like my Jerry, I have to be fast with my photo taking too, he doesn’t stop!
OMG! I'm a nervous passenger anyway, so "slows down for no one", "very narrow" and "negotiate how you pass" are something of a stomach turner for me! Ass to that, "she's on the wrong side of the road"...hahaha I know...don't even GO there! J/K! ; )
Beautiful country lane in a lovely landscape. Don't fuss about the wires, they're part of that landscape. But I'd be more than nervous driving up and down that narrow strip of bitumen with almost non-existent shoulders even though you guys drive on the correct side of the road. Sorry @Weezilou.
