Sparrows may be a dull brown and not have very interesting markings but they have the loveliest chirping sound and are very welcome in my garden.

This is the only usable shot out of ten which I took of this little sparrow in the pyracanthas. Clarity not as good as with my Canon 5D. I am also disappointed at the delay in the camera when taking a shot of a bird or anything moving. Maybe there is a different setting which I haven't found yet. I have to confess I have it on Aperture Priority and haven't changed the settings since I found I was getting a few good shots. What am I like? LOL!!
