I baked these cookies today using the ingredients sent in a huge box from my dear friends Louise and Ken. What a fun birthday surprise box it was full of exciting things. These cookies are M&M and Macadamia nuts and are delicious. I only had to add an egg, butter and vanilla extract. I was so pleased with the result- definitely the best cookies I have ever had!
Happy Birthday!! I haven't had a cookie in so long. I am salivating just looking at them. My son would be in the ER. He is terribly allergic to macadamia nuts and his throat begins to close.
Pam, you did the enclosure justice and baked those beautifully! If you only lived closer, I'd make up more packets for you, but it looks to me as though you've graduated and know how to shop for the next batch! Well done!
