I did not do a shot on Monday, so this is a Tuesday image, to fill the hole.
The football season has started again and last night I went to watch Arnold Town play Winterton Rangers in the NCEL League Cup First Round.
This is one of the stands at the ground and the people watching are some of the 51 paying spectators who attended the game
The light was dull and grey, but their was a 10 minute spell in the 1st half when the sun dipped below the clouds to provide a warm glow on the stand and the home dugout
Taken with a long zoom from about 70 metres away !!
For the record : Arnold Town lost 2-1 (aet - after extra time)
Oh and it went really cold once the sun had set !!
proper non-league footie... when I was a kid and couldn't afford the, what?? say £3 for a Pompey game, we'd head off with our 50p and watch the local southern league local team with about 100 others...
..the light here is my favourite time of day. The golden hour when things can start to glow, or the atmosphere can just change - magical lighttime.
Nice local footy action.

I agree, it is nice lighting. It's a good time of year for light :)
