Picnic with the crows

Taken on my little android phone.

Picnic with the crows ......or ravens or rooks ...not too sure what they are......but I would not want to picnic with them.

Spotted while out on my lunchtime walk. The weather has turned unexpectedly balmy for late September .....25C !!! .......so what do the English do when it's hot.we picnic.....and here is someboby having a picnic. A young lady enjoys her lunch on a bit of green grass in front of a church, together with a load of crows that live in a nearby wood !

A scene from the birds, normal at first and attacking the next minute. We had similar weather, makes for a nice start into fall. Lawn eating everywhere!

Our crows don't usually hang out with people. They send up a warning cry and scatter fast when someone gets too close. She must have had a tasty lunch to share. Beautiful green grass.
