Saint Marys Church peeking through the trees

Arnold St. Mary's church peeking through the trees.

Shot on a Sunday morning walk with Ruby.

Pity about the telegraph wire, bu this is a long zoom shot and it picks things like wires up !

Messed around with saturation and tones a tad to try and bring the brick textures out
Beautiful church

Is this the site of the great day next year? This church has a lovely turret & the shutter things in the window are unusual, the clock has a nice shine on it. A better blue sky than we have had today it's been raining all day here.

You did well. It is very clear and crisp. I especially like the fluttering flag and the window coverings.

GReat composition as always Phil. I'm intrigued that every old church I see has a great big electricity box on the side of it with a stream of wires leading to it.

Very nice shot, you could clone the wire out with PicMonkey! Certainly would be easy where it crosses the sky.

@swilde thanks sue, i think the boxes and wires belong to the vicarage (which is the foreground building) , the church goes off to the left of the tower :)

@phil_howcroft picmonkey has quite a good one, you just have to fiddle around a bit with something that doesn't matter until you get the hang of it.
