Butterfly abstract by phil_howcroft

Butterfly abstract

When we woke up this morning it was beautiful light and low sun. By the time I'd took Ruby on her early morning walk it had turned grey and damp ...and that's the way the day remained...grey and damp.

This is my attempt at abstract. We have a couple of ornamental metal garden butterflies that are screwed onto our wooden shed.

This is a close up macro shot of the wing....abstract you might say

Looks like tweed. Very nice!

I thought it was a close up of tweed fabric at first glance. I love shots that show Jo the fine and unexpected details of things around us, nice one Phil.
