One For Me One For Me

Jane bought these valentine mini sponge cakes as a nice little valentine gift.

It wasn't "one for you, one for me", it was "two for me"

Jane has "Coeliac Disease" , which is a lifelong autoimmune disease caused by intolerance to gluten. 1 in 100 people have the condition

I seem to have missed a week of 365 postings. Last week was dull and grey every day and it was hard to find photo inspiration

I know what you mean about the weather but hope your little valentine's treat cheered you up. Sadly our week was dominated by our dog going to the vets only to be declared very poorly. We took the decision to have her put down on Friday. It was tough and we both took it very hard.

My son house shares with someone who has coeliac disease and T1 diabetes - makes eating out almost impossible. :-(

ummmmmmm....delicious! Just had a big dinner and was thinking how full I am...until I saw this! No I want something sweet. Lovely food shot. What a sweet wife to offer you such a great desert and not be able to share it with you. A perfect Valentine!
