Many thanks to @granagringa for the comment on a recent photo of mine about 'macro filters' - very quick bit of research, quick visit to a famous online store (other famous online stores are available) and in seconds they were ordered and they arrived yesterday and were waiting for me when I got home.
At the risk of boring you, the next few days are going to be a bit of 'super-macro' over-kill photographs, so please be warned.
Here's my first offering, a close up of one of my remaining Dahlias, very reminiscent of something out of an alien movie.
