Haven't had Alliums in the garden for long, fell in love with them a few years back and have been planting new bulbs out every Autumn ever since. They are now beginning to flower, bringing more purple to the garden than before (the garden is very purple, Carole was only saying that this morning when I pointed out that the only Lupins that have survived are purple, the red and whites have all sadly died (may have to visit a nursery this weekend)
