I wasn't quite ready for this big fella to get so close so this was snapped in a bit of a hurry. So pleased to see so many 'roos in the village after the fires. There seem to be a few (too few) refugees from the forest who've joined the regulars.
What a lovely image of his face - it must have been a very up close and personal encounter. It seems amazing that anything could have survived those fires!
