Japanese maple

Every year around Mother's day the Japanese maple in our front yard puts on a show.
We often take the opportunity for a family photo on the day, under the tree.
This year Dad will be missing for the first time, the kids are distant, but we will bring Mum home for the day and weather permitting, a nice photo.
