@purdey Sharon, thanks. The idea actually evolved as they started out in a red/white dish and then went back into the bag for the best shot!

@tishpics thank you - I love peaches, nectarines etc and when they are not good enough to eat fresh (i.e. in the winter) I make a compote of them when I have the oven on - just a bit of water/juice and honey with the cut-up fruit.
