This tree is growing in a nearby front garden. I'm posting it to remember my younger, and only, sister, Wendy, who died this day in 1996, too young, from breast cancer.
A fine tribute Hazel and what a stunning tree :) An awful disease that claims too many lives and often at such a young age and one i can relate to fully.

Thank you all for your kind comments and very kind words. It was good for me to make this opportunity to remember my sister today and I hope you didn't see it as an intrusion, Life goes on and I try to think of acceptance as a part of grief.
