This is great with the light from the car leading into the curve of the road. Really adds to the leading line. And the moon over it all is wonderful!
You are keeping up with the 52 week challenge really well so would not consider this late at all! I am so far behind but manage to get some done every now and again.
I reaaly like this photo. Something about the two puddles of light. It's very rare that I liked a photo that features a car. They seem so ugly and such blots on the landscape.
It IS a photo of the street And I like the composition and the lights. It tells a great story Kathy! Definitely a and I like the composition and the lights. It tells a great story Kathy! Definitely a FAV
@mcsiegle Thanks Mary. I guess technically it's the blue hour. @jamibann Thank you Issi. @wakelys I appreciate your support Susan. @farmreporter Thank you Wendy. I'm behind by one, not including this week. Sometimes, especially now, it's hard to find a decent subject. @francoise Thank you Francoise. I was really focusing on the moon (with the camera and in my mind) and wasn't paying too much attention to the vehicles passing by (except to be safe). I thought maybe since the road was a bit dark, the headlights might light up the road bed a bit. @grammyn I appreciate your comments Katy. @thewatersphotos Thanks Gary. @kwind Thank you Kim. @tunia Thank you Tunia. @craftymeg Thanks so much Margaret @will_wooderson I've got one I took for an abstract that looks more like a UFO. @bkbinthecity Thank you Brian. @overalvandaan Thank you Saxa. I rely on you and a few others for my poetry fix since I'm not natured that way. @pyrrhula Thank you Ferry.
This is a street with a really cool effect around the moon. Just because it's not a city street does not mean it's not a street shot. The city folk aren't the only ones with streets- smile. Good shot Kathy!
