Flash of Red 2023 #25 - Landscape
The rain brought some cooler temperatures although it's still moderate compared to some places in the country and perhaps the rest of the world right now. However, the Bradford Pears are blooming in the field across from my house.
@grammyn Thank you Katy. Always something to see over there, but not always photographic. @shutterbug49 My ornamental plum is also blooming now. I guess the cherry I have will be next. I also have a redbud that has buds but no blooms yet. Thanks Debbie.
I like the stripes of light and dark in this one. I don't know if things will begin to bloom around here or not- the weather has been inconsistent as far as temps go. I'm sure the trees are confused! Good shot.
Cool layers and textures.
We are partnered in the get pushed challenge this week. My challenge to you is to take any object or item that you have in your house and capture it in an unusual or unique way. Hope you can have some fun with this.

Thank you Sue, Ann, Hannah, Babs, Ferry, Dawn, Kathy, Issi, Casablanca, Wylie, Meg and Renee. I appreciate all your comments and your views. I have mixed feelings about these trees. They are lovely for a time in the spring. But...they are not native, they spread like crazy and they block my view of the mountains. @salza Thank you Sally for the comments on my photo. I will mull this challenge over and hopefully come up with something I will be happy with (and hopefully you will too). Thank you,
