They were. Using a different (new) camera and couldn't get good shots with it. I kept shaking it and the photos were blurred. They were dancing together (like the old folks) for a time, but I never could get a clear shot,
@barbtatum Thanks Barb, they were having a child's birthday party and there were 6 or 7 of them dancing and twirling to the music. Fun watching them. DH wanted a "waterproof" one. I had my DSLR with me, but when I turned it on...the battery was dead. What a surprise. I just charged it. I had been shooting some in RAW, perhaps that's what drained it. Anyway he got a Nikon Coolpix. It took a long time to process photos and I got impatient with it. Note to self - check the battery level every night! Don't be caught off guard any more.
@randystreat I have a portable recharger, its wonderful, as long as I remember to recharge it after use. I take it with me if going where I may need to recharge, so if camera battery is low I can just plug it in. got it on amazon about £14, been worth its weight in gold, it will recharge phone and other stuff too.
