@barbtatum Oh Barb. I was lying in bed trying to remember how I did this. Was playing around in photoshop elements and I think it's some sort of effect. I played with a lot of them, because I thought there was one that was like snow. Never did find it because I found this first and liked it. @homeschoolmom Thank you Lisa.
