From my visit to Tate Britain yesterday - Cold Dark Matter: An Exploded View is the restored contents of a garden shed exploded by the British Army at the request of the artist Cornelia Parker. The surviving pieces have been used by Parker to create an installation suspended from the ceiling as if held mid-explosion. Lit by a single lightbulb the fragments cast dramatic shadows on the gallery’s walls.
@wakelys yes that would be lovely 😊 i see you are on south coast - lucky you. I’m a Londoner so let me know when you are coming our way next. We are off on travels next week until end of June so any time after that - more or less. Our son is getting married mid July so that’s exciting.
