4, 5 and 6. And 12, 13 and 14. A visit to the dentist.
Years of improper brushing as a kid and I have abraded several teeth to the point of temperature sensitivity. Today's work built up six teeth — numbers 4, 5 and 6 and 12, 13 and 14 — to fill in the grooves and cover up the exposed nerves.
While they left me alone in the chair to let the Lidocaine do its thing, I was trying to photograph the tray full of instruments and managed to snag my chart on the computer monitor: "Pt having sensitivity on UL. Several areas of class V abrasion. Advised bonding in several areas. Pt in favor. May need to do bondings on lowers also."
Yep; all correct. Several sticks with Lidocaine and an hour later I was Mr. Droopymouth on my way to the gym.
Now hopefully I can just bite into a honeybell section without thinking about where!

I hear what you are saying.. I have to go next week for preperation for a crown :( At least I might get a decent shot from the dentist chair lol. Great shot, it looks like a artists palet in so many respects.
We will take photos in the most unsual places at at unusual times! Did anyone see you take this? And did you take the one of your charts....or did you memorize that?!
@espyetta No one saw me taking photos from the dental chair. They had left to allow the Lidocaine to take effect. Did I memorize all that? Heck no. I took a photo of the screen, silly!!
