Pi Day, 2014

This is “× Citrofortunella mitis” (family Rutaceae), a hybrid with many common names around that world. It’s native to China and is one of the cold-hardiest citrus. Alas, this is all I could muster “in the round,” or “circular” in the greenhouse today. I find it interesting that this fruit grows “up” from its stem underneath.

I did learn some things about my old version of Photoshop trying to draw all the additions to the image!
