Thanks for a “grate” spring!

Summer is officially still three weeks away, but we have had quite a mild (i.e., cool) spring for this latitude. Often by this time the air conditioning has been running for a month and so far we've only had the AC on for a handful of days.

We have, however, been making use of electric fans and this is a view out my home office window … through the grate of an electric fan. Not very imaginative, but I thought it looked cool. Well, at least when I decided to grab my camera it looked cool. I guess I hoped there would be some sense of motion from the fuzziness(es) in this “still” image.
(Don’t stare. There’s no “Magic Eye” effect embedded in the fuzziness!)
