But the lights aren't on. Sigh. Like there isn't enough broken around here?

This is the LED light strip for the photo box I received from my younger daughter as a birthday gift a couple weeks ago. I'm hopeful it won't be too difficult to resolve this issue. It was a thoughtful gift and should prove to be quite useful and fun once it's working!
