3D laser-cut metal model

[Not many frames today as I still have quite a bit of upper-back- and left-arm pain.]

Several months ago I received this MetalEarth™ 3D laser-cut metal model kit from my younger daughter. This particular kit is for the Parisian monument, Arc de Triomphe. To give you a sense of size, these small sheets of metal from which the pieces must be removed (and the model built) are approximately 4¼" square.

This makes me recall the 3D jigsaw puzzles from a couple decades ago. Remember those? I know we had a couple,

(They're able to stand because the flat images are glued to "foam board.")
