I just thought the chaffinch looked as though he was asking the young (greenfinch or siskin?) how often he/she visits.

Lovely captioned shot Rosie.
Plumage wise not a lot to go on, but looking at it's size, build and bulk, I would tend to go with a young Greenfinch.
Sometimes even if it doesn't look a decent shot, it's worth taking an extra shot just to help the id. I have sometimes got a really nice shot of an insect for instance, but it's the "rubbish" shots which ID it for me.
