If Sarah hadn't told me that there was a grey wagtail, I would never have seen it with my dodgy eye. I was trying out my 2x teleconverter with my 70-200mm lens and so far so good that I think I will invest in a 300mm prime lens so that I can get 600mm from using the converter.
I really like this photo even if there was no bird...pop of color and texture.

I thought you were joining in the abstract theme until I saw the bird. How clever they are to be so well disguised - even down tot he yellow bum. Great capture.
