The humble sparrow

We don't see many of these in our garden these days so I thought I would post one of him feeding this morning on the suet balls.

Sparrows do seem to be in decline. They are handsome little birds - it's a shame we often think of them as so common they aren't worth noticing. This is a nice capture.
