A couple of weeks ago my walk took me to Baħar Iċ-Ċagħaq in search of a watch tower in the vicinity. The area is not very far from where I live but I had never gone walking there and I don't regret going. In English the name would be Pebbly Beach which I did not see.
This is a shot of some salt pans cut in the rock. I tried to search for some information on these pans but I found nothing. My guess is that these were dug out in the days when salt cost like gold centuries ago. They are abandoned now.
Thank you very much for your visits, for your comments and for the fav's - always appreciated.
