Just because I haven't put any pictures up of the magnolia blossoms or got involved in the month of pink for April. This is one of the two trees at the top of the road, the one that's slightly darker pink, on the shady side of the road and flowers later. There used to be a third tree, but when that house was extended and converted to flats a few years back, the tree came down, so walking up into town at this time of year meant walking through this cloud of magnolia.
Three good things:
1. daughter up for a longer walk
2. worked my way down some of the to do list
3. sat down and watched something with my daughter last night, which is why I'm late posting
Thank you for looking and your amazing comments. I prefer spending time looking at your pictures rather than thanking you individually below
Pretty. I love tulip magnolias. In about a month our giant evergreen magnolias will be blooming. They are huge white flowers (the size of dinner plates).
