this Christmas tree made of a gazillion LED lights still stands on the fountain at the park going to the market. i reckon this will be taken down by the end of the month. you can see the reflection on the slushy ground, the ice have not softened. in fact my feet were submerged in slushy water while taking this.

the building behind had been featured here before: http://365project.org/summerfield/365-again/2012-09-12 and as you can see, the tree is where the fountain normally is.

i think the reflection is awesome. like this so much. we are seeing many decorations left up, too, and are wondering if they are due to the incredible cold snap we had. maybe people just did not want to face the weather and frozen lungs!
