an array of letters

i don't know what this is called, but this is a 'decor' at the outside part of our library's large bay window. These are made of metal bars and if you concentrate enough you will find several letters: A, E, H, I, K, M, N, T, U, V, W, X Y and Z. how about you, how many letters can you find?
