there's an intriguing new game on the dashboard. but you've got to love taking self-portraits to partake. and i think you also need to have a cake, but whatever. fiveplustwo is a project of seven 365ers to take self portraits once a week for a year, and every week there's a theme. it's a fun game and frankly quite motivating. so if you are so inclined, you should join, or if you'd rather not, at least check them out. http://365project.org/fiveplustwo/365 some of the photos are a little bit risqué though so tread carefully.
i originally titled this "in the trash" because i forgot that i intended to caption it "dumped". so when i remembered, i changed it to 'dumped' instead of 'in the trash'. oh, crap, i'm babbling again.
This is the one area I have still to overcome, I despise photos of myself, I have to force shots (just a handful at that) of me with Annabelle, hell I don't even like looking in a mirror!

@bobfoto - a funny irony, i've never been dumped (to my knowledge) and coming from the wrong side of the tracks, was raised so that people won't call us trashy, and yet there i was, trashy and dumped at the same time! :-D thank you.
@claireuk - the people whose photos i've taken and those who had seen them were quite impressed although i can tell you i'm not very confident when taking portraits. when i shall have mastered the craft, i shall be flying to uk and i will take your portraits. also, i prefer that i take my own photo because then i take what i see. thank you, my friend claire.

Thanks for the info on the selfie project, I might have to check that out. i like the originality of this, its a brave image and the processing just takes it to the next level, very cool!
Great job- but you my friend never have and never will belong in the trash. Have seen the 5+2 stuff and if it didn't involve selfies might give one or two a go. But I don't take them if I don't have to!
