get pushed #70 - single subject - day 6

sam, my niece, is our techie and today partner needed sam to do some stuff with his new laptop. after she's done, we hung out together and i asked her to help me with my project. i wanted to capture one of the cubes in mid air so i asked her to drop one of them and i tried to capture its movement. we were getting nowhere so we took turns shooting and dropping. my niece is quite the ham. her friends are multicultural so she is used to hearing a lot of different accents. today she was sporting her indian friend's accent and boy, was she great at it, i was literally on the floor laughing.

at one point she told me "when i say drop, you drop the cube, okay?" so i waited. then she said 'banana' and i dropped the cube. "lady, i said banana, i didn't say drop."

at some point the boggle-henge set-up was messed up and little wahoo couldn't put them back on. there were five good ones with the cube's movement captured, but we took turn with the camera we couldn't be certain who took which. this is one of the best of the bunch. thanks, sammie girl, for helping me out!

this is severely cropped to exclude the other irrelevant mess around the set.

You have done an awesome job with the single subject challenge. And Wahoo has endeared himself to many.

Sounds fun! My son Erick is really good with a British accent. Whenever he imitates a particular cartoon where a character had that accent he makes Jeff and I laugh. It's so unexpected. Glad you had fun with your niece and the picture came out really well for all the laughter it took to get it.
