this was what occupied my time last night - doing a @northy -inspired shot. after thirty shots i promptly dropped the whole endeavor although i got this and one other shot with just the pinhead in focus as it was landing on the plate. i should've used a slice of cake for colour, non?
Cool capture! I have enough trouble when there is a tap dripping regularly, let alone an individual pin!
The cake might have added colour, but I think I'd have stopped to eat it after about 3 attempts with the pin!
@archaeofrog - on my laptop's screen i don't see a shadow. but looking at it at the office, there's a shadow, albeit quite vague, on the edge of the plate. maybe it was because i was using rim light? thank you, Katie.
Was quiet when you did this, so you could hear the pin drop? And as far as the cake is concerned- as long as it involves chocolate! Just kidding- I actually prefer yellow cake over chocolate cake. Go figure! Interesting endeavor and good outcome.
