it's amazing how that snowstorm last week had changed the face of the earth. everything looked frozen and yet it gave the otherwise drab winter landscape some character.
i think we were above idaho with this one. i'm only guessing as i only looked at the route map and guessed our location by the time we had travelled and my guess is that this is in idaho or whatever is north of idaho.
and then as we reached san francisco, there were more browns than gray and white. it was a beautiful day in san francisco, warm and so different from where i came from. i just might not come back!
thank you for your kind views and comments; know that they are truly appreciated. i shall try to catch up as much as i can. i brought the wrong netbook which has windows XP and my sd cards and external drive which are much more recent and the combination of quite old and very new has proved nasty in that some of my shots were lost during transfer from camera to external drive.
