it means nothing competes. it is one of the more popular filipino desserts. it is made mainly of layers of butterscotch, cream, meringue and crushed cashew nuts. it is a very light yet very sweet dessert. if you come visit, you must try it. but don't try it with green mango shake or you'd need a good dose of immodium!
i'd have posted the coloured version, but my internet connection is once again iffy. this is my fifth attempt at uploading this and my patience is wearing thin. kinda like that thin layer of butterscotch at the bottom.
