rising to the top

i have so much to learn about bokeh. this took me a couple of hours to get this result and still i am not satisfied with it. but my nose is dripping and my head aches and my world is spinning. serves me right for wearing spring coat yesterday knowing the weather could change any moment. i am sick and tired of winter and the friggin' heavy coat. that's it! i'm moving to arizona!

The crystal vase is gorgeous with all the ornate glass work. You did a great job with the bokeh drops falling into it. I love the bokeh effect but have never tried to create it purposely. Looks tough to do.
I'm with you on winter - ready for a change of seasons!

I love this and think you're so clever. Its a technique I'm planning to attempt, when I find where I've tidied away the lights!! If it took you a couple of hours think I'll delay my attempt for a long while!!! Fav

Maybe the bokeh will have a soothing effect like steam. Get well my friend! Pretty shot.

Well, I would say it was time well spent, for the result is superb. You're underestimating yourself my friend. And others much agree as I see both TP and PP here. Well deserved!
