perhaps not forever though. an art installation on maple square at the air canada centre, home of the toronto raptors basketball team and the maple leafs hockey team. it consists of three rusty conical shaped metal structures with star perforations on them. it's ugly that's probably why i did not for a minute care to read the plaque installed with it. the other half of the photo is part of the air canada centre building.

fitness challenge update: some people are catching up. even with my 11,116 steps yesterday, i had been relegated to spot #7. hopefully it will change. i'm pretty consistent with my numbers and i believe i can do more if not for the miserable cold weather. also, most people do other sports like sailing or canoeing or baseball to convert to their total steps. i only do planks, sit ups and push ups for about 20 minutes a day and a 20-minute dancing at night but i'm aiming for overall #2 for this week. gotta do it. gotta do it. d
It sounds like you're working really hard to get your steps but you're not gonna get any points for planking. There is no movement involved in that.
