after a whole day of chills and ice, the temperature rose in the early evening to a decent enough number so much so that partner wanted us to take a walk. the ice on the tree branches have started to melt and dripping on to passersby. took a lot of photos that turned out crappy because my tripod is stupid. although i got a few good photos, i like this best. i saw this as i was about to go back inside our building: heavily iced branches and across the street is the expedia.ca sign: "frost bites. escape winter sale". i thought it made for an ironic juxtaposition.
Well spotted, I could do with some frost about now, we are experiencing a heatwave at present - average maximum is 38C and average minimum is 21C. I must admit I much rather complain that I'm to hot than too cold!
