Not a great photo because it was taken quite early this morning in poor light through the (not very clean) dining room window and there were all sorts of reflections. Under the circumstances I was quite pleased with this. Two pairs of bullfinches seem to come every year around this time and they stay around for just a few week. This one is eating the seeds from the blackberries growing behind and above the fence at the back of the pond. I posted a picture at the end of August of ripe, juicy blackberries https://365project.org/susiemc/album-1-year-5/2020-08-31 which were tantalisingly out of reach. I'm pleased the birds are benefitting from them since I couldn't.
