These would have been the big juicy blackberries that I could see but not reach back in September but I'm very happy that they've attracted bullfinches to the edge of the garden. I didn't see Mrs Bullfinch today but I'm sure she wasn't far away.
I took the picture through the living room window at 08.22 a.m. when it was only just getting light. I'm not good with the settings on my camera but the automatic setting seemed to cope well enough.
