Taken on a short morning hike at Point Lobos State Reserve, called the "crown jewel" of California's state park system and about 10 minutes from where we were staying. HDR of three images to provide the lighting I needed so that it was focused and light enough for the depth of field the image required. We were there right after the recent rains so we were fortunate to have some color.
BTW -- I posted a photo in overflow with a weird ring around a sunset. If anyone knows what causes it, can you comment? Thanks! Here's the link: http://365project.org/taffy/special-photos/2014-03-07
A good, untraditional, image of Point Lobos. We expect to see Edward Weston-like photos of the seacoast, so it is interesting to see your choice to photograph something different.
@sunraye Raye, thank you so much for the visits and comments, and the fav's on several of my California and other shots. I really appreciate your support and kind words!
