Theme this week is bread and nothing tastes better on bread than something chocolate. Favorites include peanut butter with chocolate chips but Nutella comes in a not to distant second.
Deliciously captured! I must put this on the grocery list! (just an FYI - throw a toy in the capture and you'll have an entry for the 365toy group this week - the theme is nutella!)
@888rachel P3 here...embarrassingly enough, I wasn't kidding though Taffy would not like me sharing this! When Jim is not home, I've seen her put chocolate chips in a little tiny teabag holder dish and then use a spoon to dip peanut butter into the chocolate chips and eat them!! I heard her say that without the bread (like to make it a peanut butter and chocolate chip sandwich), there are less calories! And she taught her brother's kids about this as well! Now they are grownups, but still...not a great thing to model!
P3: I constantly eat breadless sandwiches to save calories but have never considered PB and choco chips. Thanks for sharing Taffy's secret. This will be much better than ham and swiss or roast beef and munster!! I'll be sure not to model for the boy, my son, bc you're right not a great idea! Hey! It's lunchtime now! ;)
Peanut butter with chocolate chips??? Does it come ready in the jar like that? I never knew peanut butter existed until I was 12 and even then very wary of it! Now I know it's bloody great :0) but with chocolate hmmm ... best I never try.
@gozoinklings Peanut butter and chocolate chips are like a home-made Reese's peanut butter cup, but with higher quality (and dark) chocolate and much better peanut butter! Not as crazy as it sounds but terribly addicting!
