Thank you so much for your lovely comments and favs on the two shots I posted yesterday from this photo shoot while Junko & I were in China. Here are two more from the same shoot -- the light kept changing which meant the rays and the mist had a dozen looks over the course of about 30 minutes. Really a remarkable place to shoot. Funny story about the pano I posted here yesterday. I'd also posted the same one in my Flickr album. Someone wrote a comment that said that they recognized the spot immediately and even the light, as they had recently been there photographing. Then, they looked at the date and realized he (or she) had been there on the same morning as Junko and me! There were about 30 photographers up there, but I thought that was one of the smallest of the small world happenings that I could imagine!

So glad you caught this side view I entirely missed! Being too focused on "the" view meant we didn't spend enough noticing how WIDE the view extended. Great catch!
