Fascinating and puzzling! But it makes for a great shot!

A sad sight. First, the obvious reason: that trolley should not be there, polluting the canal. Secondly, a more intangible reason: it gives off an air of desolation and abandonment with its 4 wheels in the air. The partial clarity of the trolley underwater adds to the sense of unease.
Brilliant photograph. It makes one stop and think.
